We're seeking an experienced individual to manage back-of-house and cellar operations for our large hotel venue.
Working under the Facilities Manager and General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Stock Management: Ordering and receiving stock, restocking bars, and supporting bar teams with keg changes.
Cellar Hygiene: Maintaining and cleaning beer lines, organising cellar space, cleaning keg couplers, taps and cool rooms.
Draught System Maintenance: Assist in liaising with contractors for maintenance issues and repairs
Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to WHS protocols, proper use of PPE, and safe manual handling practices
